"I train very hard. I wake up at 5am for prayers & start training with a-seven mile run. This is folowed by 400 metres dash, endless sprints on the court & racket drills. I watch my diet. I don't smoke & I drink no alcohol. I don't go out partying. I go to sleep at 8pm. And I do this everyday".
